Aha Insurance began by offering basic services, primarily Home and Auto Policies. As they started to expand, they wanted to offer more services to their customers. This created an ongoing need to personalize and customize Salesforce to match their growing business. Aha Insurance focuses on technology to prioritize and improve the customer experience.
