1. Feel the vibrations of Success

Be always aware that success is a result of positive thinking. Day after day, minute after minute; mold your mind to think positive, feed your mind with positive thinking and a positive attitude.

2. Create your own reality

Don’t allow other people’s opinions to fill your mind with doubt and fear, because this will create your reality. Base your thoughts in courage and faith and your mind will make that your reality. Decide to be in control of your own thoughts.

3. Direct your thoughts

Remember that fear is a state of mind. You will attract what you focus on. Consciously direct your thoughts to your definite major purpose, direct it to living and fulfilling life.  See yourself as financially secure.

4. Take positive action

While fear paralyzes people, action empowers them.  Positive action will empower you to guide your actions towards benefiting those who your action is being guided to.

5. Have Faith

Faith with positive action go hand by hand.

In order to gain trust, credibility and truly standout as a business you have to have outstanding service. The customer always has to come first. Make sure that every area of your service as a business is up to a high standard, it is crucial to success.

Here are some areas in your "service" to have in mind:

  • Methods and tools:  you are expected to have them in place to measure the quality of service you provide and response you provide

  • Responsiveness: your clients and customers expect you to be responsive, they expect you to respond to their calls and emails.

  • Credentials:  depending on your profession, credentials might be expected or assumed more in some fields than in others;  in the medical, legal or financialfields credentials are of high importance.

  • Client importance: no matter what, make your clients always feel important – it should be a given.

  • Appropriate price:  people do not always by based on lowest price, price is only part of the whole package; by itself, offering the lowest price is not going to help establish credibility – in fact, many potential clients may be leery if your prices are significantly below market value.

The Real Truth Behind a Happy Workplace

Be aware to “explode the myth of the happy workplace,” because the truth is, you can’t make everybody happy.

If you labor under the illusion that you can, you’re only going to disappoint yourself. Everybody wants different things.

Leaders should not try to achieve happiness in a whole team or organization. Rather, they should concentrate on simply optimizing the more primal emotions we all share, such as playfulness, and the desire for new experiences. These emotions arise from the lower regions of our brain…and get passed along naturally. They exist regardless of our unique experiences. Happiness may mean different things to different people, but optimal heartfelt emotions don’t.

As emotional beings, we still respond best to emotional interactions. Hardly a surprise. But, in the business world, we often still perpetuate the myth that leading by logic and reason is best.

Those leaders who practice the lead-by-logic approach mistakenly believe that reason drives emotion. In fact, you can more effectively create the state of mind you desire by working directly with emotion.

The takeaway then? Lead by tapping into primal emotions.
